Look at rampant infighting in all gurdwaras over elections - just an extension of what happens I. ‘Pind da pradhan’ elections. Learn to gain respect , lead large businesses, improve social standing by choosing respectable professions .. finally, Let smarter , saner , non-Jatts take the lead
