Reading this article, I felt a profound connection with the loss of Hardeep Singh Nijjar. His tragic end is a stark reminder of the challenges we face as Sikhs, even in countries where we've sought peace.

The political dynamics globally are complex, with competing ideologies and power plays. Recent events during Modi's American tour and the subsequent reactions underscore this complexity. The tour was marked by a series of events that brought the Sikh community into the spotlight. The Indian bureaucracy faced questions about the Bhai Nijjar's assassination, and the tour ended on a sour note, with Modi being trolled on Twitter after a Muslim woman asked him some tough questions.

Meanwhile, back in India, the media painted a different picture, portraying the tour as a success and highlighting Modi's purchase of expensive arms from the U.S. All this while, Russia was dealing with its own internal strife, with Putin barely holding onto power.

These events are a reminder of the intricate dance of diplomacy and politics, and how easily communities like ours can get caught in the crossfire. It's crucial for us to stay informed, engage in meaningful dialogues, and continue to raise our voices for justice.

Thank you, Baaz, for sharing this thought-provoking piece.
