All the volunteer work done by Khalsa Aid and other NGOs is very much appreciated. KA contributions and dedication to the the suffering humanity is very well known- even my village naujawans are aware of it. Indeed they were very impressed by KA transparency when it declined their collected funds and instead asked them to come to Patiala to see its work before donating.
I do not know the scale of destruction caused by the recent floods- it must have impacted hundreds of villages. Even though KA has a dedicated forced of about 200 volunteers on the ground- but I wonder if this is sufficient to meet the challenge. I hope other help organizations are also present in that region to render aid.
We rushed to help Gujrat’s earthquake and Kerala’s flood victims - I wonder if these gracious acts were reciprocated?
May Akaal Purkh bless all volunteers with unbounded ਹਿੰਮਤ…
